Security Systems

Dynamic Security Management is a privately owned Australian company providing security services across Western Australia. This page covers what DSM supplies and installs for homes, businesses, construction sites and facilities, from the equipment on the site to the people and the monitoring behind it. It is all handled by the one company, so there is a single point of contact rather than a different contractor for each part of the job.

CCTV Security Systems

DSM supplies and installs professional Dahua CCTV systems for homes, businesses and construction sites across Western Australia. Clear recording, live viewing from your phone, and a system that is set up and explained properly before we leave site.

The standard four-camera Dahua package is: an eight-channel HD network video recorder with a 4TB surveillance drive, four 5MP Full HD WizColour cameras on 2.8mm lenses, a 22-inch monitor on a wall bracket, and a communications cabinet to keep the hardware tidy. Footage is available live or on playback through the iPhone and Android app, with night vision. Camera count, lens choice and coverage are matched to the property rather than sold as a fixed bundle.

Every system is installed, commissioned and tested by DSM technicians, then configured for remote viewing and connected to your phone or tablet before handover. We demonstrate the system and train you on it before we leave, so finding and playing back footage is straightforward from day one. DSM works across residential, commercial and construction sites in Western Australia, and is a licensed and insured security company with more than 15 years in the industry.

Alarm Systems

DSM supplies and professionally installs Bosch alarm systems for homes and businesses across Western Australia, including Bosch 6000 solutions. Sensors placed to suit the layout of the property, sirens inside and out, and a system you are shown how to use before we leave.

DSM supplies the Bosch 6000 as a complete package: the 6000 control panel, keypad and wireless receiver, six Bosch motion sensors covering garage, entry, hallway, family, bedroom and theatre areas, an external siren box and internal siren, plus a backup battery and power supply. Two remote fobs are included, each with roller door control. Sensor counts and coverage are adjusted to suit the size, layout and security requirements of each property rather than fixed in advance.

Every alarm is installed, commissioned and tested by DSM technicians, with sensor placement worked out on site and remote controls programmed before handover. We demonstrate the system and train you on it, so arming, disarming and everyday use are simple from the start. Monitoring options, including back-to-base, can be discussed where required. Licensed and insured, with more than 15 years in Western Australian security, DSM installs and commissions alarms in homes and businesses.

Solar CCTV Pole Systems

DSM supplies solar CCTV pole systems for construction sites, multi-unit projects, depots, yards and remote or vacant locations where there is no mains power to run a camera from. A pole covers the site continuously instead of a patrol vehicle passing through at night, and comes in four configurations chosen to suit how the site is monitored.
dsm cctv solar cctv
dsm-solar-pole-self-monitored
Self-Monitored Solar CCTV Pole System
This one is self-monitored, watched from your phone rather than by a monitoring centre. It pairs a fixed camera with a PTZ camera, runs on solar power and its own mobile data, records to an onboard 256GB card, and streams live to the free app with detection zones, notifications, night vision and a built-in siren and flashing light.
dsm-solar-pole-back-to-base-concrete-base
Back-to-Base Monitored Solar Pole - Concrete Base
Single camera pole on a concrete base, with events going back to a monitoring centre rather than to your phone, so the site is covered without anyone needing to check the app.
dsm-solar-pole-back-to-base-dual-camera-concrete-base
Back-to-Base Monitored Dual Camera Solar Pole - Concrete Base
Two cameras on the one mast, on a concrete base, monitored back to base, for wider coverage than a single camera pole gives.
dsm-solar-pole-back-to-base-dual-camera-water-base
Back-to-Base Monitored Dual Camera Solar Pole - Water Base
The same dual camera pole and back-to-base monitoring, on a water base instead of a concrete one.

A solar CCTV pole is a self-contained camera system on its own mast. Power comes from the pole’s own solar panel, the connection is mobile data, and footage records to storage on the pole itself, so there is no trenching, no mains connection and no cabling back to a building, and the pole is deployed quickly. It is supplied on a 12-month rental arrangement rather than bought outright.

DSM assesses the site, works out where the pole needs to stand for the coverage you want, and deploys, configures and commissions it before leaving. Detection zones, notifications and either app access or back-to-base monitoring are set up and demonstrated at handover, after which DSM monitors the pole system health remotely. Behind that is a licensed and insured Western Australian security company that has been trading for more than 15 years and works construction sites, yards and remote areas.

Professional Security Officers

DSM provides licensed security officers for construction sites, commercial and industrial premises, warehouses, retail, events and community facilities across Western Australia. Coverage is set to the site, its risk profile and its operating hours, and officers work to your instructions.

DSM officers work static guarding, mobile patrols, site unlocks, and event and crowd control, with alarm response, callouts and key holding where applicable. On site that means access control and entry management, site surveillance and incident observation, responding to and escalating incidents, and detailed reporting back to the client. Event work is planned in advance by DSM event management, which sets the security approach with you and with emergency services, then deploys and directs officers on the day. Where a site already runs cameras or an alarm installed by DSM, the officers and the system are handled by the one company.

Before an officer is assigned, DSM assesses what the site needs and completes a risk assessment, then matches an officer to the post rather than sending whoever is available. Officers hold relevant licensing and industry qualifications, and DSM runs its own Certified Protection Officer program, introduced in 2020, an internationally recognised certification officers can sit after twelve months of service. Once a contract is running, officers are continually supported and supervised by a dedicated field operations team, and report through the real-time reporting technology DSM has invested in, so clients have accountability for what happens on site. Putting officers on Western Australian sites is work DSM has done for more than 15 years. The company is licensed and insured, and the officers on your site are its own local team.

Access Control & Intercom Systems

DSM supplies and installs access control and intercom systems for offices, facilities and residential buildings across Western Australia. Controlled entry at the door or the gate, and a way to see and speak to whoever is there before you let them in.

An access control system sets who can open which door or gate. DSM installs access control for controlled entry, with user and credential management, so access can be granted or removed for one person without changing anything for anyone else. Intercom covers the other half of the job: audio intercom where a voice is enough, and video intercom where you want to see the caller before releasing the door. Door and gate hardware runs off the same system, so a front entrance, a car park gate and a rear door can be handled together. The same systems suit offices, facilities and residential applications.

DSM assesses the site and recommends a practical combination of systems based on what the building needs. Installation and commissioning are done by DSM technicians, and the system is set up, tested and handed over with the client shown how to use it. Network structured cabling and device connectivity are part of the same job, so access control and intercom sit on infrastructure that also supports the CCTV and alarm side of the site. Door, gate and building systems are handled by the same licensed and insured Western Australian company, one with more than 15 years in the field.

Monitoring & Security Support

DSM arranges monitoring and response for the systems it installs, so a site is not left to look after itself once the handover is done. What is available depends on the site, the system and what is agreed with you.

Monitoring options run from 24/7 back to base monitoring through to alarm monitoring, remote CCTV viewing, and remote health monitoring on solar poles. When a system raises an event, escalation and client notification follow procedures agreed in advance rather than being worked out at the time. Alarm response, callouts and key holding can be included for sites that need someone able to attend and open up.

DSM commissions and tests the system, trains the client and hands it over, then stays available for ongoing system support rather than leaving once the install is signed off. Monitoring and response are quoted against the system actually installed. Support of that kind comes from DSM, a licensed and insured Western Australian company with more than 15 years behind it.
